While visiting with our daughter in Great Falls Montana, your shop out my mind at ease in knowing that we located a trustworthy full service garage to take care of and maintain our daughters BWM while she serves in the USAF at Malmstrom AFB. Absolutely amazing service!! Our son's car ended up needing a new engine. And ashley was on top of it.Got a the new engine ordered and delivered and installed in a little over a week and even had staff come in on the weekend to finish it in time for us. I highly recommend Great Falls, auto-repair and their team. We'll definitely be using them again! Amazing communication also!

Absolutely fantastic service, very, very great communication, very detailed, fair, open pricing, no gimmicks. Totally blew my mind with the quick service and just the way that they handled the issues I have with my vehicles. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my vehicle repairs. The team there is absolutely wonderful and professional, and I highly recommend them for all your needs. Had to get brakes and an alternator for a different vehicle, and you said the service was amazing.

I brought in my ‘07 Chevy Avalanche. It needed A LOT of work. They fixed everything from the 4wheel drive to my brakes to my ball joints and so much more. I mainly dealt with Ashley and I could not have asked for better service. We went over ALL of my concerns (and I’m not a mechanic). He thoroughly discussed every aspect of the work that was going to be done, no work was done without my approval, the prices were extremely reasonable, the staff was very courteous, the work was done beyond expectations and in a timely fashion. Work on my truck extended passed the holiday and I was informed of this respectfully and we worked out perfect timing to come by and pick up my truck. Now my truck purrs. It runs smooth and sleek, like brand new. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone who wants quality work, excellent service, step by step explanations, great prices and respectful staff. I have been coming here for at least three years. Maybe longer. And they have done a great job at keeping my Subaru running without issue. Fair prices and even better prices with mailer coupons. Very cordial front desk staff. Quick mechanics who get you in at your appointment time. Very nice waiting area.
